The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

To ensure that all plant and equipment is cleaned in accordance with company operating practices and schedules in order to maintain a food safe environment for the production of company products. To support the hygiene team colleagues of effective hygiene controls throughout the site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning of all plant and machinery schedules in accordance with operating instructions.
  • Carry out cleaning using correct COSHH procedures.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks using appropriate number of resources to minimise wastage.
  • Report any machinery or plant issues to supervisor or manager to facilitate timely repairs.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Reliable and trustworthy to carry out tasks with the minimum of supervision.
  • Attention to detail and flexible to carry out tasks to support team colleagues to ensure the plant is maintained in a food-safe clean manner.
  • Cleaning work is varied and requires a good focus level maintained throughout the shift.
  • On the job training will be provided and the individual must be able to demonstrate a level of literacy and numeracy in order that they are able to understand the training, operating instructions and COSHH instructions.

Hours of Work: 1900 – 03.30 Mon – Friday Night

Excellent rate of Pay: POA
