Factory Operative – Dispatch Department (Goods Out)

Location: Latchingdon, Essex

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of a dynamic team in a bustling goods out department.
  • Packaging Kebabs: Responsible for packing kebabs manufactured the previous day, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for dispatch.
  • Loading Vans: Assist in loading vans with packaged goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet the day’s delivery schedule.
  • Palatizing Goods: Help with the palatization of goods, ensuring proper stacking and securing for safe transport.
  • Physical Goods: Lift and handle kebabs weighing approximately 20 kg, maintaining adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Training: Participate in and complete the provided training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs, providing a consistent and predictable schedule.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Full PPE will be supplied to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills
