The Cruise Globe Agency in the United Kingdom is recruiting a seasoned Cruise Advisor to handle high-intent inquiries from our platform and Emma Cruises' audience. You’ll guide customers end to end, from first contact to a completed, well-serviced booking, while building relationships and maintaining CRMs.
You will report to the Head of UK Agency and collaborate with a sales team to optimize pre-cruise admin and post-booking service.
