Reporting to the Head Chef, our Chef de Parties play a pivotal role in the success of our business. Working with fresh food, we value your input in helping develop our standards and menus. You’ll be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operational running of your section in the kitchen.
Maintain a high standard for quality ingredients, preparation of dishes, and final presentation. Ensure each dish is prepared safely and cooked to perfection, ensuring our guests enjoy their dining experience with us. Carry out regular cleaning to ensure we continue to deliver our 5-star food hygiene rating, completing due diligence every shift to protect our guests and the business.
