Location: 247 Broad Street, Crewe, CW1 4JJ plus UK Wide travel

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 a year, plus Vehicle and Fuel Card

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage & Inspire! Meet potential workers and introduce them to exciting training opportunities in the rail sector.
Lead Group Sessions Speak confidently to groups of up to 20 candidates – motivating them to take the next step in their careers.
Smooth Onboarding Process Complete right‑to‑work checks and all necessary paperwork for new starters.
Collaboration is Key! Work closely with the Admin Team to coordinate seamless training programmes with the team in Crewe.
Build Strong Client Relationships Manage key accounts, develop partnerships, and drive business growth.
Be the Link Between Teams Keep senior management updated on client needs, worker progress, and operational matters.
Hands‑On Approach Collect site paperwork and ensure smooth processing for the Rail Administration Team.
