Purpose of Role
Working closely with the Brand Director, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the delivery and implementation of our brand strategy in line with our purpose and values. Bringing our strategic objectives to life and extending reach to increase brand awareness, salience and reputation.
Main accountabilities
- Support the development and delivery of the Brand and Corporate Marketing strategy to drive awareness, aid understanding and grow reputation across a range of audiences.
- Support on audience engagement planning and lead on audience campaign delivery and collateral creation.
- Lead and manage brand and corporate marketing campaigns and content to amplify The Crown Estate, our role, purpose, values and evidence our impact for the nation.
- Lead the collation of brand stories that can be turned into engaging content that can be used across our platforms.
- Lead brand governance and act as brand guardian working closely cross business and with external agencies to ensure our brand is used correctly across the business, ensuring that all marketing activity is consistent with and reinforces our brand, our purpose and our values.
- Build relationships across SBU’s and group partners and be a business sounding board to ensure brand guidelines and messaging is met, and to see out opportunities and proof points to build the brand.
- Work closely with the insight team to monitor and measure effectiveness and track brand progress to measure awareness, understanding and reputation.
- Accountable for procurement and management of agency partners to ensure efficiency and quality, SOWs, provide strategic direction and approve content.

- Extensive experience in delivering brand and corporate including campaign planning, consultation and delivery.
- Proven track record in brand management - developing brand architecture, visual identities and tone of voice.
- Proven track record of content development and delivery for use across a broad range of channels.
- Proven track record of marketing planning and project management.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of agency management.
- Strong analytical skills to make data driven decisions for commercial and operational performance.
- Good writing skills essential.
