This is an opportunity to lead the change agenda for a high-profile Finance Transformation programme, supporting the rollout of a new ERP system alongside a Target Operating Model redesign. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the transformation is not just delivered, but successfully adopted, bringing people, processes, and systems together to create lasting impact.

What you’ll bring to The Crown Estate

  • Experience leading change management across ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle or similar)
  • Knowledge of Target Operating Model design and large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing at all levels
  • Experience assessing change impacts across systems, processes, and roles
  • Track record of designing and delivering training and capability-building initiatives
  • Familiarity with recognised change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR or similar)
