Overview
Purpose of Role: As Finance Team PA, you will provide proactive and high-quality support to the Finance Leadership Team (FLT), working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure smooth information flow and help the leadership team make the best use of their time. You’ll play a key role in improving processes, supporting projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Context of opportunity / Main accountabilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and project-related support to the FLT.
- Manage diaries for the Group Finance Director and Finance Director, Urban.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly reforecasting.
- Assist with Group Finance projects, including Finance Transformation.
- Produce PowerPoint presentations, meeting actions, and reports.
- Collaborate with the EA to meet internal deadlines for GLT/Board papers.
- Organise team planning sessions, Finance Town Halls, and away-days.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Provide reciprocal support and absence cover within Finance and partner teams.
- Manage purchase orders and expenses for senior leaders.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Support the Investment Team on an ad-hoc basis (up to 1 day per week until early 2026).

- Previous experience in a busy, diverse team support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience producing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident in improving processes and initiating change.
