The Crown Estate is seeking a Windsor Director of Customer Operations to lead the customer strategy for the Windsor Estate and Rural portfolio, including visitor destinations, retail and hospitality experiences. You will drive high standards of service, presentation and customer care while balancing environmental and historic character with commercial performance.

As part of the Windsor, Rural & Coastal senior leadership team, you will shape a coherent, high-quality portfolio.
