The Crown Estate is seeking a Residential Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities management for our residential portfolio in London. You will ensure safety, compliance and high standards across buildings and communal areas, while coordinating hard and soft services and managing contractor performance.
You will work with Property Managers and other teams to optimise service delivery, monitor risk, manage budgets and maintain accurate records.
