Join The Crown Estate as a Power Platform Developer and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI Builder. Work closely with business stakeholders to create user-friendly applications and automation workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency across The Crown Estate.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and extend Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and optimise Power Platform solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and governance standards through all stages of the Application Lifecycle Management.
- Contribute to governance standards and Power Platform best practices in line with our Enterprise Architecture principles.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Share knowledge within the team and department with a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
- Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer in both Canvas and Model Driven app development and support.
- Understanding of Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Power Pages, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Expertise in software development and business analysis.
- Experience with designing and implementing efficient automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience configuring and delivering AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (previously known as Power Virtual Agents).
- Proficient in integrating all aspects of Power Platform with each other.
- Comprehensive understanding of different database types: Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL.
- Experience configuring custom connector APIs.
- Proficiency with HTML, Python, C#, and JavaScript for customisation and advanced functionality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certified; PL-200, PL-400 or equivalent.
- Any other modern development language is beneficial.
- Understanding of Power Platform licensing plans is beneficial.
