Drive our business interests within the dynamic offshore wind sector. The primary purpose of this role is to strategically manage part of our Offshore Wind asset portfolio, cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue and capital growth, and ensure compliance throughout the asset lifecycle. The role plays a crucial part in optimising value, mitigating risks, and identifying growth opportunities within the unique challenges of the region.

Main Accountabilities

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Lead the charge in developing business interests by fostering strong customer relationships, engaging in commercial negotiations, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Agreement and Lease Management: Lead agreements for lease, license, and lease management processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Asset Performance and Reporting: Manage the day-to-day performance of assets, including reporting requirements and data analysis to guide informed decision-making.
  • Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Manage contract negotiation efforts and ensure contract compliance, adhering to health and safety regulations and business standards.
  • Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance: Implement robust risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory and Health & Safety standards, fostering a secure operational environment.
  • Business Development and Commercial Due Diligence: Identify potential opportunities for value optimisation and growth through strategic business development and commercial due diligence.
  • Test & Development Projects: Support test and development projects, driving innovation and technological advancements within the offshore wind sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in asset management, business development, and customer engagement within the offshore wind industry or a related sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to drive revenue and capital growth.
  • In-depth understanding of contractual agreements, investment management, and asset disposal processes.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and Health & Safety compliance in offshore sector or related sectors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
