About the Role:
An innovative and award-winning architecture studio known for their notable design projects around the world are seeking a dynamic and friendly Team Assistant/Junior PA to join theirteam. This role is a unique opportunity to support both the EA to the Director as well as providing support to the wider business needs of the dynamic studio.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA, covering diary management and travel bookings. The role requires someone who is meticulous and organised with strong admin skills and is an ideal role for someone who enjoyscollaborating with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, visas, and insurance
- Manage diaries, book and prepare meetings, and arrange catering/logistics
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across the studio, including document preparation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Support the organisation of board meetings and wider studio events
- Arrange domestic and international couriers and shipping
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for smooth document control
- Handle incoming calls and provide a professional, welcoming front-of-house presence
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of office operations
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in a PA or team support role, ideally within a creative or professional environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask under pressure
- Friendly, approachable, and collaborative with a proactive ‘can-do’ mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional phone manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable, with an interest in design or the arts (advantageous but not essential)
