A progressive medium sized architecture practice, renowned for their focus on the role of buildings and spaces fostering meaningful connections, are currently in search of a pro-active Studio/Bid Coordinator to support their team across bids, submissions, and studio-wide coordination. This is a newly created multi-faceted role that is split between providing support across studio operations, new business, bidding and communications, where you will be involved in many aspects of the creative support function. This role requires someone who has excellent multi-tasking abilities, a creative flair and ability to work to deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end coordination of bids, EOIs, and PQQs, including preparing and formatting submission materials
- Support the day-to-day coordination of the studio, including front-of-house duties, managing calls and emails, and greeting guests
- Assist with internal communications, studio initiatives, and occasional events
- Coordinate team meetings across all departments as needed
- Work alongside the Communications Manager on awards entries, events, and social media content
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and support new business opportunities
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a studio, creative, or mid-to-large company environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and formatting skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign and general IT skills are advantageous (training provided)
- Interest in architecture, design, or the built environment
- Comfortable managing deadlines and juggling varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
