About The Role:
The Crowd are working with a mid-sized, internationally acclaimed design studio recognised for its multi award-winning work that is seeking a Studio Assistant to join their dedicated team in London.
In this varied role, you will play a key rolein the studio, providing support across the daily operations of the company, including helping manage diaries, assisting with project documentation, and maintaining a well-presented and professional office environment.
This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within an established and supportive practice, gaining valuable experience across a range of studio activities. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, with the chance to take on responsibility and contribute meaningfully to the studio’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact: welcome visitors, handle calls and manage studio tidiness
- Manage post, couriers, office supplies and general studio upkeep
- Support with travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries for Partners and team
- Assist with landlord, building management, IT and telecoms providers
- Carry out PA duties: manage diaries, emails, tasks, timesheets and expenses for Partners
- Oversee shared inboxes and maintain contact databases
- Support the team with ad hoc admin, meeting preparation and document formatting
- Assist with project administration including enquiries, tenders, proposals and filing
- Help manage health & safety documentation, act as First Aider and Fire Warden
- Coordinate internal events and support with marketing activities
- Update and maintain project databases and archives
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, studio support or PA role
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work independently
- Professional, approachable and a team player
- Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
