About The Role:
A highly influential and sought-after mid-sized architecture practice who breaks boundaries in the industry for their outstanding design is seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio & Facilities Coordinator to join our London studio.
Working closely with the Head of Operations and wider studio operations team, you’ll take responsibility for the practical running of the studio, from facilities and maintenance through to health & safety, suppliers, access and general operational support. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day environment and helping ensure the studio operates smoothly, safely and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running and upkeep of the studio, reporting to the Head of Ops
- Carry out regular studio checks and respond proactively to any facilities issues
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, contractors, suppliers and building compliance requirements
- Manage facilities records, asset registers, supplies and stock levels
- Oversee the organisation of storage areas, sample libraries, modelshop and shared studio spaces
- Support studio improvements, office moves and changes to the working environment
- Manage the studio access control system, including keyholder responsibilities and new starter inductions
- Support health and safety processes, including weekly checks, risk assessments, emergency drills and first aid supplies
- Cover and support front of hours, and other operational team members when required
- Assist with the organisation of studio breakfasts, lunches, staff events and trips
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Previous experience within facilities, studio coordination or operations, ideally within a creative or architectural environment
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- Confident coordinating suppliers, contractors, maintenance and facilities requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently while collaborating closely with the wider operations team
- Basic health and safety or compliance experience would be beneficial
- Experience with IOSH, Fire Warden or First Aid training would be advantageous
