A rare opportunity has arisen with a leading name in the prime residential sector, seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect to join their close-knit and collaborative team.

Our client is looking for a confident and driven individual who combines strong design ability with the confidence to engage directly with clients and contribute meaningfully across projects. This role would suit a proactive and articulate designer who is comfortable taking ownership of packages, supporting project delivery, and coordinating with external consultants.

You will gain exposure across all stages of beautifully crafted luxury residential schemes, working closely with a dynamic and ambitious team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate proactive and creative thinking, drawing on experience across high-end residential and hospitality projects, with a solid understanding of UK building regulations.
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of projects from design development through to construction, managing programmes and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Liaise effectively with the wider team, consultants, engineers, and specialist designers to maintain a cohesive design and delivery process.
  • Work confidently both independently and collaboratively, contributing positively as a proactive team player.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly and convincingly, both visually and verbally, ensuring a high standard throughout.
Key Skills / Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • Ability to confidently communicate and present ideas.
