A rare opportunity has arisen with a leading name in the prime residential sector, seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect to join their close-knit and collaborative team.
Our client is looking for a confident and driven individual who combines strong design ability with the confidence to engage directly with clients and contribute meaningfully across projects. This role would suit a proactive and articulate designer who is comfortable taking ownership of packages, supporting project delivery, and coordinating with external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate proactive and creative thinking, drawing on experience across high-end residential and hospitality projects, with a solid understanding of UK building regulations.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of projects from design development through to construction, managing programmes and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Liaise effectively with the wider team, consultants, engineers, and specialist designers to maintain a cohesive design and delivery process.
- Work confidently both independently and collaboratively, contributing positively as a proactive team player.
- Communicate design ideas clearly and convincingly, both visually and verbally, ensuring a high standard throughout.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Ability to confidently communicate and present ideas.
- Proactive, team-focused mentality.
- Genuine passion for design and architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience in high-end residential projects.
