Key Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of large-scale residential masterplans, neighbourhood layouts and spatial frameworks for UK-based projects.
- You will support the progression of projects from early visioning through to design coding, regulatory plans and detailed design stages.
- You will prepare clear, engaging drawings, diagrams and visual materials using both digital tools and hand-sketching.
- You will participate in workshops, presentations, and engagement sessions with clients, consultants and community groups.
- You will produce well-structured written and graphic material to communicate design intent and project narratives.
- You will work closely with senior team members to ensure design quality, project coordination and delivery standards are met.
- A post-graduate qualification in Urban Design is essential.
- An ability to demonstrate experience working on large-scale urban design or master planning projects in the UK.
- Strong understanding of residential typologies, placemaking principles and sustainable design approaches.
- Confident communicator with strong written, verbal and graphic presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and strong hand-drawing ability.
- Ability to work proactively within a team and build positive relationships with client collaborators.
