With a strong portfolio of bespoke private homes, heritage properties, and listed buildings, they are seeking a talented Senior Architect / Associate to join their collaborative London studio. This is a pivotal position within the practice, taking a leading role in the delivery of design-led residential projects from concept through to completion.
Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and the senior leadership team, you will oversee projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring the highest standards of design, technical delivery, and client service. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, highly motivated and possess a keen eye for detail. You will bring strong design leadership, proactive energy, and the ambition to guide project teams while delivering an exciting pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver high-end residential and heritage projects through all RIBA Stages (0-7)
- Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the design and construction process
- Lead the development and coordination of technical drawing packages for construction detailing
- A strong understanding of building regulations and construction detailing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Undertake contract administration duties
- Qualified Architect with 5+ years’ professional experience
- Extensive experience delivering high-end residential projects through RIBA stages 0-7
- Experience working on listed buildings, heritage, or conservation projects is highly desirable
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with MicroStation is advantageous
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and project leadership skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent written and spoken English with the right to work permanently in the UK
