The Crowd are partnered with a renowned, multi-award-winning architecture practice celebrated for its social and people-focused approach. They are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with strong creative flair, standout graphic sensibilities and ideally some experience in an architecture / interior design studio to join their highly creative London team.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider team, including architects and marketing, contributing to a variety of exciting projects and tasks. You will support the production of impactful social media and marketing collateral, assist with creating engaging videos and animations to bring projects to life, and collaborate with the wider team on the preparation of awards submissions and pitch decks.
If you’re a passionate and highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a portfolio that showcases strong, narrative-driven work, this role could be for you. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, confident and ambitious designer who is comfortable communicating with senior individuals across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging videos and animations that bring high-profile design projects to life
- Support the production of graphic content for tender and award submissions
- Create compelling, narrative-driven pitch decks and brochures
- Design engaging social media content across recognised platforms
- Support architects and the wider marketing team with a range of creative and graphic design requirements
- Support with ad-hoc design projects for the wider studio
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Previous experience in a graphics design capacity within the architecture or interior design sector
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite proficiencies
- Strong attention to detail and a creative flair
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
