A large, progressive and highly sought after global architecture and design practice recognised for its research-driven approach, commitment to sustainability and its ability to deliver innovative, people-centred projects is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of workplace and corporate interior projects in their London studio.
You will work within a collaborative technical team, contributing to detailed package development, Revit coordination, regulatory compliance and the production of high‑quality technical information across all RIBA stages. It’s an opportunity to work on complex, design‑led schemes while strengthening your technical expertise in a well‑supported environment, with a leading global name.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage detailed technical packages across all RIBA stages
- Produce high-quality technical detailing, tender documentation and NBS specifications
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, British Standards and planning requirements
- Coordinate Revit models and resolve clashes with architecture, interiors, MEP and structural teams
- Research and specify materials, joinery, furniture systems and finishes
- Support site reviews and assist the design team with construction-stage technical queries
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice, ideally within workplace or corporate interiors
- A degree in Architectural Technology or other relevant degree
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Excellent technical detailing skills and understanding of construction methodologies
- Confident knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills within multidisciplinary teams
