About The Role: The Crowd are partnering with a culture-focused and progressive architecture and interior design studio that is seeking a positive, personable, and welcoming Front of House Coordinator to join their small yet collaborative concierge team. The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring the studio HQ is impeccably maintained and presented at all times, whilst delivering a five-star experience to visitors. This role would suit a confident, outgoing, and engaging individual who brings great energy to the workplace, whilst maintaining a friendly and down-to-earth approach that makes guests, clients, and colleagues alike feel welcomed.

In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, you will support the wider studio in preparing for client visits, pitches, and project meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are presented to the highest standard, refreshments are organised, and any last-minute requests are handled seamlessly. The studio is looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within the role, with a genuine interest in becoming a long-term member of the team. This is a practice that places great value on creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a confident and friendly welcome to visitors and guests
  • Ensure all visitors are greeted by name and are hosted with utmost professionalism
  • Check and book in meeting rooms each day
  • Prepare meeting rooms with screen, printed work and refreshments
  • Ensure the office is presented exceptionally and made to impress
  • Deliver office tours and guiding visitors through showcase spaces within the office
  • Ensure refreshment areas are kept clean, tidy and well stocked up
  • Report hazards and H&S issues

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front of house within the hospitality / retail industry or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly presentable and strong attention to detail
  • Confident dealing with clients, employees and internal teams
