About the Role:
The Crowd is delighted to be partnering with a leading interior design studio renowned for its refined, elegant aesthetic and an exceptional reputation both in the UK and internationally. Based in their London studio, our client is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
This is a key position focused on growing the studio’s customer base, both nationally and internationally. You will collaborate with the sales team to bring the brand to new audiences during an exciting period of growth through developing and targeting accounts and creating a robust strategy that will generate new leads. You will also be responsible for nurturing existing leads, answering sales queries, creating reports and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process.
The ideal candidate is efficient, ambitious and eager to grow their career in a design-led environment. This role offers exciting opportunities for development and progression within a supportive and inspiring studio culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing a growth strategy to expand the studio’s reach in the UK and internationally
- Assisting with the launch of showrooms and trade partners
- Build and nurture accounts, proactively following up sales enquiries via email and website
- Identify new markets and customer types to support company’s ambitious expansion plans
- Monitoring sales data to assess buying trends and creating weekly reports to assess against targets
- Scheduling client visits to sell new product launches
- Liaising with warehouse to ensure smooth customer journey, tracking client orders via internal sales software
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within interiors/luxury/lifestyle industries
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Driven and commercially minded looking for exciting opportunity
- Attention to detail, commercially minded and ambitious
- Microsoft and Mac proficiency, including Excel
