About The Role:
A prestigious London-based interior design studio is seeking both a Senior and a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a creative, dynamic environment delivering high-profile hospitality in the UK and internationally.
Our client are looking for passionate, all-round designers who are confident across the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion. The successful candidates will have a strong understanding of FF&E, detailing, drawing packages, and client presentations, with the ability to uphold the studio’s distinctive design vision.

Senior Interior Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development across hospitality projects
- Translate conceptual direction into detailed drawing packages
- Oversee FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification to a high standard
- Develop and deliver compelling client presentations
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and procurement teams
- Review shop drawings and ensure quality across all phases
- Attend site visits and assist during installations
- Mentor midweight and junior designers
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in high-end hospitality interior design
- Strong technical ability with confidence producing full drawing packages
- Excellent eye for materials, detailing, and spatial design
- Leadership ability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop; FF&E management tools a plus
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Midweight Interior Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior designers in delivering creative concepts and maintaining design intent
- Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and design documentation
- Contribute to detailed drawing packages and FF&E coordination
- Source finishes and materials, and write specifications for fixed elements
- Prepare lighting layouts and assist with documentation
- Stay current with supplier knowledge and industry trends
- Understand and apply relevant building regulations
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in hospitality and/or high-end commercial interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Solid FF&E knowledge and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and take initiative within a collaborative team
- Good understanding of both classic and contemporary design styles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
