They are seeking a highly creative, experienced Senior Marketing Manager / Senior Creative Lead to join their dynamic and friendly London team. You will be delivering high-impact design solutions across digital, print, and brand development projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape visual identities and campaigns for a broad portfolio ranging from real estate and investment, to luxury lifestyle and technology sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive design experience with a strong track record in branding and content creation. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with agencies, stakeholders, and clients. A diverse, multi-sector portfolio showcasing breadth and creativity is highly valued. Equally important, this person will be a confident communicator and collaborator, with the gravitas to make a significant impact and shape this newly created role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative direction across brand, digital, and print projects
- Deliver compelling brand identities, campaigns, and content across touchpoints
- Oversee design production, pitches, marketing materials, and event visuals
- Guide and mentor designers and freelancers
- Collaborate with UK and KSA teams to localise campaigns and content
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 10+ yearsβ design experience
- Strong portfolio in brand, digital, and campaign design
- Confident leader with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; XD/Figma knowledge a plus
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at pace
- International or Middle Eastern market experience advantageous
