An established and highly regarded luxury interior architecture and design studio in London is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team. Known for their beautifully layered interiors and collaborative in-house team of architects, interior designers, and technical specialists, the studio delivers exceptional projects across high-end residential and hospitality sectors both in the UK and internationally.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident designer with strong conceptual abilities, technical expertise, and a sharp eye for detail to take the lead on projects from initial pitch through to final installation. The ideal candidate will also be confident with FF&E and capable of translating ideas into 3D with ease. You’ll join a creative and supportive team in a stunning studio space and play a key role in both project delivery and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design concepts and translate them into compelling presentations, mood boards, and 3D visuals
- Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion
- Present confidently to clients and build strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, overseeing junior designers and mentoring where needed
- Oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications, and material schedules
- Manage sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships, including bespoke FF&E and finishes
- Ensure quality and design intent is maintained through site visits, snagging, and installations
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all phases of design
- 6+ years of experience in luxury interior design, with a focus on high-end residential; hospitality experience is a plus
- Experience leading projects from initial concept through to final install
- Strong portfolio showcasing beautifully executed projects with refined detailing
- Excellent understanding of interior architecture, FF&E, and bespoke detailing
- Skilled in producing detailed drawing packages, schedules, and specifications
- Confident using SketchUp, AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with liaising with architects, consultants, and artisans
- Comfortable managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
