We are excited to be working with a design-led developer that is redefining the student living experience through high quality, community driven spaces. With a strong pipeline of UK developments and a focus on wellbeing, design, and functionality; they are now seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage the vision and delivery of their interiors. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong design eye and experience delivering multi-unit residential or hospitality/commercial projects at scale. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to bring brand aligned interiors to life.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop interior design standards across bedrooms, shared amenity spaces, and communal areas
- Oversee the full FF&E process from initial concept and sourcing to procurement and on-site installation
- Ensure each project aligns with the brand’s design ethos.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Development, Operations, Marketing) and external design consultants
- Review design and site installations to maintain quality and brand consistency
- Input into product development, ensuring interior concepts respond to user needs and industry innovation
- Manage multiple projects at different stages and scale across the UK
- 7+ years experience in designing and managing commercial interiors ideally within PBSA, hospitality, co-living or residential sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex interior design projects from concept to completion
- Confident working with external design consultants and engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent eye for detail and strong sense of spatial design
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communicator and confident presenter
- Based in or able to commute to London with a willingness to travel across UK project sites
