About The Role:
The Crowd is exclusively partnered with a highly desirable, trailblazing design studio in the heart of London, seeking a Senior Interior Design Manager with strong delivery experience to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Our client has an impressive pipeline of projects across the luxury hospitality and ultra-prime residential sectors. This role will initially focus on delivering a large, confidential ultra-prime residential project in the UK. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing technical drawings, coordinating with the supply chain, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate Stage 3+ drawing packages with a particular focus on joinery, panelling, and technical detailing
- Provide clear design feedback to ensure alignment with ultra-prime project standards
- Ensure all drawings are compliant, fully coordinated, and ready for delivery
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and the wider consultant team
- Support ongoing site coordination and proactively resolve issues as they arise
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Proven background in high-end residential
- Strong technical delivery experience across all RIBA stages, especially Stage 3+
- Proficient in Revit (or willing to upskill); Rhino experience is a bonus
- Confident navigating complex coordination processes and managing external consultants
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented
- On-site experience is required
- Naturally collaborative, a confident communicator, and proactive in sharing ideas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively at all levels
