Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate Stage 3+ drawing packages with a particular focus on joinery, panelling, and technical detailing
  • Provide clear design feedback to ensure alignment with ultra-prime project standards
  • Ensure all drawings are compliant, fully coordinated, and ready for delivery
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and the wider consultant team
  • Support ongoing site coordination and proactively resolve issues as they arise

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Proven background in high-end residential
  • Strong technical delivery experience across all RIBA stages, especially Stage 3+
  • Proficient in Revit (or willing to upskill); Rhino experience is a bonus
  • Confident navigating complex coordination processes and managing external consultants
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented
  • On-site experience is required
  • Naturally collaborative, a confident communicator, and proactive in sharing ideas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively at all levels
