We are partnering with an international, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design company in London who are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join their successful team. Working closely with the Bid Manager as well as a midweight Bid Coordinator, the ideal candidate will have a passion for working on bids, have an energetic and driven personality and have the ability to work independently. The company is employee-owned and offers a social, collaborative, and friendly culture with hybrid working – offering great benefits such as enhanced leave, medical insurance and more! Key Responsibilities:
- Work from beginning to the end of the bid process and the company's competition entries across UK and international offices, ensuring smooth delivery of the bid strategy.
- Bid analysis – identifying client’s key requirements.
- Evaluating the pros and cons of each new business opportunity, providing feedback.
- Research and write bid proposal documents, manage tenders, evaluate opportunities and select appropriate bids in line with company and business plans.
- Producing high quality marketing and business development material.
- Obtain feedback on bids ensuring continuous improvements.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the design industry.
- Strong writing, communication and prioritising skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Confident in writing bids, proposals, marketing content.
- Good graphics skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Meticulous in your approach with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Team player, collaborative and sociable.
- Experience using AI tools for bid writing highly desirable.
