About The Role: An esteemed and highly sought-after architectural studio, renowned for its design-led projects in London, is seeking a talented and driven Senior Architect to join their team in south London. You will become part of a collaborative, dynamic and social team, supporting the leadership of projects through RIBA Stages 4 β 5. As Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of designers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, London-based commercial schemes. The ideal candidate will bring experience across large-scale commercial projects, demonstrate strong technical expertise, and have proven exposure to project coordination. Experience working with existing buildings in London would be highly beneficial, along with a thorough understanding of UK building regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the leadership and coordination of projects through RIBA Stages 4β5, ensuring technical information is developed accurately and aligns with overall design intent Manage a small project team, providing guidance and support to ensure all deliverables are completed to a consistently high standard and within agreed timeframes Lead regular design reviews with the management team, presenting progress, addressing technical challenges, and contributing to key decision-making processes Oversee and coordinate work packages across multiple project stages, maintaining clear communication with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery Key Skills/Requirements: ARB Registered is beneficial for the role Technically driven, with a strong focus on delivery stages Proven professional experience in Revit is essential At least 5+ years of postβPart III experience is desirable Experience leading projects through technical stages, including on-site coordination, is advantageous Experience working on commercial schemes in the UK is essential Strong knowledge of UK building regulations is required To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
