Project Manager/Architect (Design-Led Developer)

About The Role:

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a design-led, boutique developer in Central London as a Project Manager in their newly established in-house architecture team.

As the Project Manager, you will bring a strong architectural background, a passion for housing projects, and experience across all RIBA stages, along with excellent presentation and writing skills. With a robust pipeline of major London-based projects, you will support the design team in delivering high-quality schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design-led housing projects through stages 0 – 7
• Manage and contribute deliverables
• Assist with planning applications
• Develop design solutions
• Coordination with multi-disciplinary team
• Production of packages for planning, tender and construction
• Oversee construction on-site

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent design / technical knowledge and experience
• ARB Registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
• Project management experience specifically in housing
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK construction and building legislation
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Excellent software skills including Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong coordination experience and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary contractors
