About The Role: The Crowd are working with a large, global, multidisciplinary architecture and design company that prides itself on its outstanding work culture. They are looking for an efficient, driven and professional Project Manager to join the team. Our client continues to go from strength to strength, delivering stand-out, highly acclaimed projects that have achieved global recognition. They are now seeking a Project Manager to work closely with the wider team to ensure the successful delivery of corporate interiors projects across London. The role requires a strong understanding of all aspects of a project from concept through to completion, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and liaise confidently with external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and a high level of relationship management are therefore essential. Please note: this is not a design-focused role. Our client is specifically seeking candidates from a business support or project management background within the design industry, ready to drive projects!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage the deliverables of large-scale corporate interiors projects
  • Integrate with the internal design team to understand the contract and its requirements
  • Work with the internal finance team to ensure efficient and timely project billing
  • Liaise directly with the client’s project management and other external stakeholders
  • Manage resources through collaboration with the Project Management team
  • Provide regular updates and information on project deliverables
  • Integrate developing BIM and PM tools into the projects you’re working on
  • Manage potential risk and resolve through collaboration with the wider team

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience working in an architectural project management position
  • Confident in fulfilling duties from process to completion
  • Educated to a degree level in architecture or similar, and ideally hold a Project Management Qualification
  • Experience leading on projects and being a point of contact
  • A good understanding of RIBA stages and design process
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent with managing client relations
  • Experience using Revit or BIM software
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
