A highly-desirable and leading UK based architecture practice known for their commercial schemes, are looking for a Project Architect with strong technical experience to join their collaborative and welcoming team. The role will support and manage design and delivery through all RIBA stages with an initial emphasis on stages 3-5. Our client has an exciting pipeline of work ahead of them of high calibre UK projects. The ideal person will have high proficiency in Revit, experience working on commercial projects through delivery stages and strong technical detailing skills. In addition, our client is looking for a team player who possesses excellent communications skills and possesses a team focused mentality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to technical design reviews
  • Drawing package development and management: Lead the creation of design drawings and documents
  • Excellent knowledge of all work stages and level of detail required for each RIBA stage
  • Work within a multi discipline environment assisting with coordination for projects
  • Manage and nurture junior team members and designers
  • Attend and input internal and external meetings

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • A degree and masters in architecture
  • ARB registered or overseas equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Excellent Revit experience (minimum 5 years) with technical focus abilities
  • Excellent design and technical detailing skills
  • Experience working on commercial projects in the UK through delivery stages
