A high-end, international interior design studio is seeking a motivated and ambitious Procurement Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is one of the top studios in the industry and offers scope for growth and development. Working closely with their friendly procurement team, you’ll contribute to projects both in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure procurement of projects are delivered on time and within budget, closely liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Quality check supplier payment terms by running invoices against purchase orders
- Create tender packages for bespoke suppliers as well as drawing specifications
- Regularly liaise with accounts teams, entering supplier invoices, and coordinating final project reconciliation
- Manage FF&E specifications and closely liaise with design team
- Quality check products and delivery times with suppliers and warehouse team
- Manage tracking and installation documents
- Coordinate and manage FF&E installations, liaising with contractors to ensure seamless delivery, managing snagging issues, and ensuring a smooth handover to end client
- Regularly report project updates to the senior procurement team member
- Act as the direct report for Procurement Assistant, delegating and guiding on resources and workload
- Relevant experience in a similar role within interior design
- Confident in relationship building, negotiation and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Driven and team-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Genuine appreciation for the interior design industry
- Strong skills in Excel
