A desirable and prominent international architectural practice is looking for a bright, organised and confident Personal Assistant to support a busy Director in a dynamic, fast-paced environment located in a bustling area of Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. You will join a collaborative team environment and will be adept at managing multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail. This role involves overseeing complex schedules, diary management, personal administrative tasks and more, requiring a high degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders on Director’s behalf
- Manage the Director’s database in a meticulous and timely manner
- Manage Director’s diaries with weekly schedules, creating programmes, travel accommodations, booking lunches and dinners
- Organise meetings, minute taking and record attendees
- Coordinate and direct conference calls
- Coordinate admin duties (business and personal), process expenses and holiday requests
- Other ad-hoc duties to support the studio/team
- Prior experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural attention to detail and highly organised with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Approachable, with confidence and professional manners towards people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player
