Creative Support Lead at The Crowd (Recruitment for Architecture, Engineering & Design)

About The Role:

The Crowd is partnering with a globally renowned, mid-sized design studio celebrated for its high-end hospitality and residential projects who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join them on a permanent basis at their West London studio.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Director and wider team to support the seamless operation of the studio. As a key point of contact, you will take pride in maintaining a high standard across the space and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, approachable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

With a strong international footprint and a talented team of creatives, the studio delivers sophisticated, design-led spaces across global destinations. You will be joining a collaborative, motivated team in a workplace that values growth and support, offering professional development, social events, bonuses, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support across all internal departments
  • Communicate effectively to clarify priorities, task assignments, and streamline cross-team coordination
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics (bookings and scheduling)
  • Conduct in-depth research to support internal operations and project-related tasks
  • Support business-critical tasks quickly and accurately under changing and sometimes pressured conditions
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date business records and filing systems

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office support, operations, or studio coordination roles, ideally within a creative environment
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, supported by good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Reliable IT competency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
