About The Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a busy and creative architecture studio in Norwich. This is a varied role supporting all levels of the team and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Studio Manager, the role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, from supporting projects to overseeing facilities and office management. As the Administrator, you will act as the key point of contact within the studio, supporting the leadership team, technical staff, and other employees. Responsibilities include everything from project administration to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, where no two days are the same and enjoys taking ownership of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the go-to person for all office-related needs Maintaining stock levels of office and kitchen supplies Assisting project administration Manage front of house duties Organising company events Supporting studio leadership and technical teams with administrative tasks Support with onboarding new employees, inductions and Health & Safety information.
