The Crowd are partnered working with one of the UK’s leading design practices, renowned for its design-led approach and meticulous attention to detail across the built environment. Their Bristol office is now seeking an Architect with experience in urban, residential, and masterplanning projects to join the team.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects, coordinate team input, and ensure high-quality outcomes, while reporting to a Project Leader. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all project and design management services in accordance with senior leadership direction, ensuring effective coordination
  • Maintain control of programme, budget, and quality objectives, taking proactive steps to address risks and sustain performance
  • Overseeing projects through all RIBA stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Lead the coordination of consultant and internal team inputs, developing well-resolved, high-quality design outcomes aligned to the project brief
  • Maintain robust documentation of design development, decisions, and approvals across all stages of the project lifecycle
Key Skills / Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience post Part III
  • Exposure to mixed-use, urban, residential, and masterplanning projects is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations
  • A strong understanding of fire safety and design risk management is beneficial
  • Exceptional design skills combined with robust technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is essential for the role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience being beneficial
