A renowned multidisciplinary design studio with global reach is looking for a Midweight Interior Designer to join their London team. With a strong pipeline of international hospitality projects including high-end F&B, and luxury hotel developments, this role offers the opportunity to work at the highest level of interior design and contribute to award-winning projects from concept through to completion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, technically capable designer with a passion for materiality, detail, and hospitality interiors. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of experience in interior design, ideally across a range of high-spec hospitality environments. An interest in interior architecture, product and furniture design, and FF&E is also key.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of projects across all design stages. This includes creative concepting, material research, drawing packages, and liaising with suppliers and consultants. You’ll collaborate with the FF&E team to ensure a cohesive vision and deliver projects that are thoughtful, refined, and beautifully executed.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of design concepts, mood boards, and narratives in response to site, client, and brand context
- Collaborate with the project team and FF&E designers to refine the overall look and feel of the project
- Assist in producing design presentations, drawing packages, and material specifications
- Contribute to consultant coordination and supplier engagement
- Help manage design communication with clients and external teams
- Support the studio’s design process through research, sketches, technical input, and presentation development
- 3-4 years experience working in Hospitality
- Strong REVIT & Auto Cad proficiency is essential
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp; hand sketching skills are a plus
- Familiarity with Rhino and 3ds Max is a bonus
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and joinery
- A keen eye for detail, materiality, and technical resolution
