We have partnered with an innovative and forward-thinking design company that is looking for a Mid / Senior Designer to join their team in their London office. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual with a fresh perspective on design and a strong desire to grow and hone your skills in an energetic environment within a talented team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts within design-led projects in workplace/commercial projects
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all design elements are consistent with client expectations
- Work collaboratively with other team members, technical designers, external consultants to deliver successful outcomes.
- Pitch design briefs and ideas to clients through a confident manner
- Provide a consultative approach to clients when taking the design brief
- Support senior staff through helping with presentation and documentation deliverables
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in commercial/workplace projects is necessary for the role
- An adaptable and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate ideas
- Highly organised and strong time management skills
- Previous experience in design & build is desirable but not necessary
