About The Role:
The Crowd are working with a growing, design-led studio that delivers bespoke interiors and are known for delivering thoughtful, detail-driven design and exceptional client service. They are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Interior Designer to join their growing London team. The practice is celebrated for its beautifully crafted projects and offers a hands-on, luxurious approach underpinned by tailored client service.
This role will act as the key point of contact on the ground in London, ensuring projects run seamlessly while working closely with the New York team. If you are confident guiding interiors from concept through completion and thrive in both creative and client-facing settings, this role offers the chance to work at the highest level of residential design.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role with autonomy and responsibility, working on prestigious London projects while collaborating closely with a leading New York team. The studio offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours (3–5 days), hybrid working, and the chance to build strong client relationships in a supportive and design-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the London-based representative for the studio, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attend site meetings to ensure design intent is delivered
- Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and documentation (AutoCAD essential)
- Coordinate with the New York team and founder to ensure seamless communication
- Support project management tasks including schedules, budgets, and organisation of project emails
- Contribute to design development and delivery across multiple projects
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical drawing and scheduling skills
- Excellent client-facing and on-site experience, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive; able to work independently
- Professional and polished presence, with the confidence to represent the studio to discerning clients
- Flexible working style, with experience balancing office, site, and remote work
- Knowledge of Estimac is a plus
