About The Role:
The Crowd has partnered with a specialist architecture and design studio in East London, seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join their welcoming and supportive team.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the company’s leadership team to elevate the brand and drive its continued success. You will shape and amplify the company’s narrative by driving inbound inquiries through thought leadership, compelling content, innovative industry events and creating a strategic and visible marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative and have the ability and confidence to think outside of the box to maximize every opportunity and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy, aligning with our client’s goals and market trends
- Create and manage the marketing plan, integrating research, new business, and service priorities
- Drive pipeline development and ensure consistent client engagement
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across proposals and materials
- Plan and manage social media, website updates, SEO improvements, and newsletters
- Manage the marketing budget, including event planning and attendance decisions
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Relevant marketing experience within a similar sector
- Skilled in CRM systems (Pipedrive experience advantageous)
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing and thought leadership initiatives
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Strategic thinker with a creative and innovative mindset
