They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to take ownership of high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will lead client relationships, coordinate consultants and contractors, oversee technical delivery and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of design and construction across every project.
This position offers the opportunity to work on beautifully detailed residential architecture within a collaborative and supportive studio environment. - Lead bespoke high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Manage client relationships, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams throughout project delivery
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages and construction information
- Oversee contract administration and carry out regular site inspections during construction
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design, technical, and quality standards
- Work closely with the practice leadership, contributing to design development and project strategy
- Proven experience leading luxury private residential projects
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy, Building Regulations, and construction detailing
- Previous contract administration and on-site project delivery experience
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
