We are delighted to be partnering with a large, multi-award-winning architecture and design practice seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join one of their established London studios. Renowned for delivering high-quality workplace and corporate fit-out projects, this collaborative and design-led practice offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious designer looking to take the next step in their career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected studio working across innovative commercial interiors projects from concept through to completion. You will play a key role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members, while contributing to beautifully crafted and technically resolved design solutions. Working closely with Directors and senior leadership, you will take ownership across all project stages, helping to deliver thoughtful, detail-driven workplace environments that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage workplace and corporate interior design projects from concept through to delivery
- Support Directors and Project Leads in the successful delivery of projects
- Prepare high-quality technical drawings, Revit models, CAD layouts, and visualisations
- Develop presentation materials including mood boards, sample boards, and client presentations
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Meet with clients to assess project requirements, budgets, costs, and technical specifications
- Select finishes, materials, and FF&E in line with project briefs and sustainability goals
- Coordinate with consultant teams to support technical design development
- Mentor and support junior designers within the team
- Assist with project budgeting and cost management
- Attend client and site meetings as required
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Proven experience working on workplace and corporate interior design projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual, technical, and project delivery skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, detailing, and technical coordination
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and confidently
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
- Hand sketching abilities are desirable
