We are working with a design-led boutique development studio that is looking for a Senior FF&E Designer with strong experience in ultra-prime residential projects. This position offers a high level of responsibility, involving close collaboration with clients, consultants, and senior project stakeholders, while overseeing the FF&E processes.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in FF&E design, procurement, and delivering projects from concept to completion. A genuine passion for interior architecture and bespoke pieces is key, together with the ability to offer clear creative direction, technical and specification knowledge, and effective coordination with suppliers, clients, and on-site installation.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee ultra–super-prime residential projects from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring alignment with the original design vision.
- Develop sketch layouts and detailed documentation to support design intent and technical coordination.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, consultants, and specialist contractors to maintain quality and programme targets.
- Manage procurement and purchasing processes, including supplier negotiations and contract coordination.
- Track and control project budgets, ensuring commercial awareness at every stage.
- Source bespoke furniture, finishes, and one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to each project’s brief.
- Oversee delivery and installation processes, maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout.
- Ensure every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and an exceptional standard of quality.
- Minimum 6 years interior design and FF&E experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD skills preferred.
- Strong freehand sketching abilities.
- In-depth FF&E technical knowledge, materials understanding, and construction awareness.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure, balancing creativity with deadlines.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player.
