They are now seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Interior Architect to join their team.
This is a pivotal role for a designer with a strong track record in the delivery of bespoke prime residential projects and the ability to lead projects confidently from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a sophisticated understanding of materials and spatial design, and a genuine interest in narrative-driven interiors.
You will lead design development and project delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure exceptional standards are maintained.
You will also mentor junior designers, build strong client relationships and contribute to the wider creative direction of the studio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead bespoke prime residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop and present high-quality design proposals and concepts.
- Oversee technical design, detailing and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
- Maintain design intent and exceptional quality throughout project delivery.
- Lead, support and mentor junior designers within the team.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with interior designers, craftspeople and suppliers to realise the design vision.
- Contribute to the creative direction and development of the studio.
- Manage multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy, organisation and attention to detail
Key Skills / Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering bespoke, crafted spaces
- 8-10 years'+ experience in professional practice
- Proven experience working on listed buildings, heritage, or complex refurbishment schemes would be desirable
- Strong technical knowledge with experience producing coordinated construction packages
- Proficient in Auto CAD
- Confident managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and craftsmanship
- Creative, narrative-led approach to design
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
