About the Role: Our client, an internationally celebrated luxury interiors brand, renowned for its quietly distinctive aesthetic, beautifully crafted furniture and exquisite use of materials. With a strong reputation across the global architecture and interior design community, the studio has built a loyal following for its timeless approach to design and exceptional craftsmanship. This is a varied and key role, offering the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from supplier relationships and sampling through to commercial, technical and quality management. Working closely with both internal teams and an established network of exceptional suppliers, you will play a central role in maintaining the quality, integrity and development of the collection. The studio offers a supportive and forward-thinking culture, autonomy, hybrid working and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected names in the world of luxury interiors. Manage product costs, pricing and margins across the fabric collection Act as the technical expert for the fabric collection, advising on specifications, quality standards and product suitability Maintain accurate product information, master sample books and collection records across internal systems Manage stock quality, including stock takes, quality checks, write-offs and resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams Lead and develop the product and sampling team, providing direction, support and training Manage the sampling process including budgets, supplier performance and delivery timelines 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience within textiles or commercial fabrics, ideally with some people or process management experience ~ Strong technical understanding of fabric production, quality and compliance ~ Confident building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders ~ Strong commercial awareness with excellent Excel and systems skills ~ By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.
