About The Role:
The Crowd is partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate and development business that is looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join its growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded designer who is keen to develop a strong understanding of how architectural ideas are translated into coordinated, buildable projects. Working closely with experienced Architects and the senior leadership team, you will gain hands-on experience across RIBA Stages 3 and 4, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality architectural schemes.
You will be involved in a varied range of responsibilities, from developing Revit models and producing drawing packages to coordinating information with consultants and assisting with technical detailing. This role would suit someone who is curious about construction, enjoys problem-solving and is keen to build their knowledge of materials, detailing and technical design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of architectural projects across RIBA Stages 3 and 4
- Develop design intent into coordinated technical and construction information
- Produce and update plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, details and schedules
- Assist with the development of construction details, junctions and key architectural interfaces
- Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models and project information
- Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, fire, acoustic and other specialist consultants
- Identify coordination issues and support the team in finding practical solutions
- Assist with drawing reviews and quality assurance prior to issue
Key Skills/Requirements:
- RIBA Part II qualification, or equivalent architectural qualification
- A strong interest in technical design, detailing and project delivery
- Good working knowledge of Revit, with an interest in developing further BIM skills
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction principles and technical coordination
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
- Able to interpret and coordinate information from a range of design disciplines
- Proactive and curious, with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced project team
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from more senior team members
- Able to manage workloads effectively and work towards project deadlines
