Our client is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join their close-knit team and take the lead on several exciting new hospitality schemes. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in creative environments and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. You will be given a high level of ownership, working directly with clients, consultants, and contractors across all stages. Expect to be hands-on in shaping both the design process and project outcomes, from early concept and planning through to on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience delivering interior design projects from early concept development through to on-site implementation, including complex hospitality environments.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes and FF&E, with a strong understanding of how design decisions translate into build and operational use.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects, supporting successful delivery while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Skilled at navigating design, technical and coordination challenges, with a solutions-led and proactive approach.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting design ideas to clients, consultants and wider project teams.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture / Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Hospitality Design.
- Proven track record delivering hospitality and commercial projects.
- Confident in design development, detailing, and project delivery.
- Proficient in Revit, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative and hands-on attitude.
